Treat the Ladies with These Awesome Recipes!

To ask yourself a simple question, how often do you cook for the lady in your life? Still thinking? If your answers are in the negative or probably too less to even be counted on the number line, we give you another day to repent with these easy recipes. Cook these and treat the special women in your life and show off your culinary talent to the world!

Cheesy Chicken and Potato Casserole: Frozen hash browns with onions and peppers are topped with cooked chicken, a delicious soup mixture and Cheddar cheese. Baked until hot and bubbling and sprinkled with crumbled bacon, this savory, satisfying casserole is sure to please. Heat the oven to 375°F.  Spray a baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.  Season about 500gms of potatoes as desired.

Stir the 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup cheese, ½ cup milk, ½ tsp garlic powder and 1/4th tsp black pepper in a medium bowl. Spread the potatoes in the baking dish. Top with 3 cups of shredded and cooked chicken.  Spread the soup mixture over the chicken and cover the baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the mixture is hot and bubbling. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake, uncovered for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.


Cottage Cheese Parfait: There can’t be a romantic dinner without some creamy dessert. All you got to do to make this one is, toss 1 cup of any fruit (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, mango, raspberry) along with 1 tbsp of maple syrup. Mix together two cups of cottage cheese and 1 cup vanilla yogurt and pour into glasses. Next, top these with the fruits and finally sprinkle 1 cup of crushed granola. Your sweet dish for the date is ready!


Stuffed Peppers: This recipe is bound to impress, especially the vegetarian eaters. Grab some nice bell-peppers and slice them in half, length-ways. Clean out the seeds and end. Preheat the oven to 350°. What you need to do now is make a stuffing, and this is incredibly flexible. Cooked rice, tomatoes, some beans, a whole bunch of herbs and some onions- whatever you have floating around in your kitchen. mix all that up with a ton of grated cheese. Fill the peppers up with the stuffing and then sprinkle more cheese over the top. Cook for around 25 minutes and see that smile on her face.


Egg & Vegetable Soufflé: The microwave is a handy tool, especially when it comes to cooking muscle building eggs. Combine and whisk two large eggs. Spray a small glass tray with cooking oil. Layer a small handful of crushed cereal and add a handful of chopped spinach. Next, layer it with the whisked eggs and give it a quick stir. Microwave on medium/high for 3 minutes and enjoy!


Pizza Rolls: Perfect for any time of the day, these pizza rolls are so easy and delicious! Take 2 large tortillas and cut them in strips using a pizza cutter. Lightly spread some pizza sauce on every strip and top it with your favourite cheese and a pinch of thyme. Roll these strips into cute little rolls and pop them in the toaster until they are brown (about 5 minutes). Crispy, gooey rolls of cheese are ready to be relished!
