There are days when we just don’t feel like cooking an elaborate lunch or dinner. Then there are days when we have had a long day at work, unexpected guests or midnight cravings which demand food in a jiffy!

So here we have 5 super-awesome recipes which require only 3 ingredients and can be relished after a minimal amount of time! So look no further and try these easy recipes!

Tandoori Chicken: If you thought that cooking Tandoori Chicken was a task, then think again! Follow the directions to enjoy this Punjabi specialty in about half an hour! Preheat oven to 400°F and line the pan with foil and cooking spray. Mix together a plain cup yogurt and a packet of Tandoori Chicken masala until smooth. If you find the mix too spicy, then add more yogurt. In the pan, add the prepared mixture to 500 gms chicken and bake for 15 minutes. Pair it with rice or naan and enjoy the heavenly taste!

Dark Chocolate Avocado Truffles: When two super healthy foods get married, we get Dark Chocolate Avocado Truffles. These little bites of pure joy will leave you swooning for more! Cut 1 medium-sized avocado and scoop out the flesh. Mash it until there are no chunks using a fork or an electric mixer. Take ½ cup of dark chocolate chips and roughly chop them into small bits. Melt another ½ of chocolate chips in a small bowl. Add the mashed avocados into the melted chocolate chips and stir constantly. Next, scoop in the remaining choco chips and mix well. Refrigerate this mix for an hour. Once that is done, scoop out 1tbsp and roll into a ball using your palms. On a separate plate, roll the balls into 2 tbsp of cocoa powder. Enjoy!

Green Smoothie: What makes this smoothie so good is the strong fruit flavors of pineapple and coconut. The pina colada flavor masks the taste of the spinach. Blend 3/4th cup coconut milk and 1 cup fresh baby spinach until smooth. Next, add 1 cup pineapple and blend again. Yummy and healthy Green Smoothie is ready to be slurped!

Healthy Quesadilla: The best thing about this recipe is that you can incorporate just about any veggie you have on hand. Be it carrots, capsicums, tomatoes, onions or cucumbers-just layer the ingredients along with a heavy hand of cheese and fold them in a whole wheat tortilla. Microwave for 30 seconds and you’ve got a healthy and scrumptious quesadilla!

BBQ Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potatoes: Tender sweet potatoes stuffed with shredded BBQ chicken make the most hearty, mouthwatering meal! You wouldn’t believe how easy they are! Preheat oven to 425° F and cut 2 medium sized sweet potatoes. Place these on a large baking sheet and roast them until tender. In a saucepan, set on medium-low, stir together 450 grams of boneless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded) along with 1/3 cup BBQ sauce. Heat for 5-10 minutes and then top each potato with scoopfuls of chicken. Spoon over additional BBQ sauce and sprinkle chopped green onions, if desired. Your yummy dish is ready to be relished!
